Tropical Cyclone (Bagyo)

refer to a tropical depression, tropical storm, typhoon or super typhoon. Characterized by very strong winds blowing counter clockwise, heavy rainfall, even tornadoes and can generate storm surge in coastal areas.

Prevalent during the months of June to December.

 Associated Hazards:

 Low atmospheric pressure, widespread cloudiness, heavy rains, strong winds, storm surges, floods, and land-slides

• Reinforce all farm facilities, pond structures and conduct necessary repairs.
• Open the gate canal and maintain the continuous overflow to avoid pond overflowing during heavy rainfall. 
• Stop/suspend all farm activities during the impact of tropical cyclone.

• Reinforce all farm facilities, cage and pen structures and conduct necessary repairs.
• Harvest and conduct marketing of all harvestable/saleable stock.
